Cooley provides more options when it comes to choosing your digital media. Our environmentally responsible substrates range from our distinguished recyclable Coolflex® PVC to our newest line of lightweight and recyclable PE and PP substrates called EnviroFlex.
Our Coolflex substrates are recyclable, in fact, Cooley has been recycling PVC for years and using the reprocessed materials in the manufacture of other products like single-ply roofing.
With the creation of EnviroFlex, Cooley now offers the widest range of digital printing media available, one sure to suit your application and disposal needs.
EnviroFlex is up to 60% lighter in weight than an industry standard 12-ounce substrate, which can reduce installation time and lower overall fuel costs. In addition, EnviroFlex can provide more graphics per roll.
EnviroFlex substrates offer a variety of uses, including billboards, banners, 30-sheet poster boards, or for virtually any digital printing application.
